Silke Kainzbauer has been working for over 20 years in the field of change management as a consultant in large transformation projects with more than 10 years in agile environments. The focus of her work is agile organizational development, in particular the constructive handling of increasing complexity, which she implements primarily in scaled agile large-scale projects (large solutions).
As a graduate psychologist she has a strong systemic focus and supports people in finding answers to current challenges in change processes and in breaking new grounds.
Among other certifications, she holds a master of business administration and is a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer Candidate (SPCTC), a Lean-Kanban University Kanban Trainer (AKT) and Agility Health Facilitator.
