Decentralizing Outwards and Upwards: How to get Stakeholders to Collaborate when Creating Roadmaps and Backlogs

Within SAFe the true centralisation points are the backlogs. In this talk Brian Tucker looks at techniques for decentralising the decision making processes upwards and outwards from the Program Backlog. Decentralizing upwards and outwards helps generate alignment between the stakeholders and relieves some of the pressure on the Product Manager function.
